Sophie Marts takes great care in packaging and delivering each artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2–5 business days after purchase. For hand-painted or custom items, processing time may be slightly longer.
All orders are shipped from Serbia.
International buyers are responsible for:
Any customs duties
Import taxes
VAT or additional local fees
Sophie Marts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. You may be charged customs fees in your country in order to receive your package.
Sophie Marts ships all orders using Serbian Post international services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Smaller artworks are shipped using standard international registered mail.
Large paintings are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) to ensure faster and safer delivery.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and include the following mandatory fees for international orders:
Issuing export permit: €20
Required by Serbian law for all artworks leaving the country.
Fixed delivery fee: €30
Covers international shipping via Serbian Post to your destination.
Orders shipped outside Serbia may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Europe: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 7–21 business days
