I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of original art, I do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Yes, commissions are welcome! You need to provide one or several high-resolution photos that will serve as the basis for the painting and the preparation of a sketch. The overall painting process usually takes 2-3 weeks.
