Thank you for supporting my small art studio. Each miniature and hand-painted artwork is carefully created by hand. All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind or personalized, so please review this policy before placing your order.

Nature of my Products

All items sold in my shop are physical products.

Most pieces are:

  • Hand-painted

  • Made to order or personalized

  • One-of-a-kind artworks

Because of their custom and unique nature, returns are limited.

Returns & Exchanges

Sophie Marts cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during the delivery of your order. Given the care taken in packaging each order, any damage caused cannot be refunded or exchanged, and any complaints must be addressed to the postal service responsible for the delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier and customs procedures.

If your package appears lost, please contact Sophie Marts. I will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Cancellations

All artworks displayed in the shop are ready for immediate sale and shipment.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

For commissioned artworks, a 50% prepayment of the agreed total price is required before work begins.
This prepayment is non-refundable at any stage of the creation process, including after initial sketches or partial completion.

Once an artwork has been shipped or a commission has been started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by my error.

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks, exchanges are not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) are only issued in cases of confirmed damage or error and will be processed after review.
